Introduction

This anti-corruption policy establishes guidelines and procedures to prevent, detect and combat corruption at Embrastec, in accordance with Law 12,846/13, known as the Anti-Corruption Law, and regulated by Decree No. 8,420/15. This policy applies to all employees, directors, business partners and others involved in activities related to the company.


Company Commitment
Embrastec is committed to integrity, transparency and ethics in business, and rejects any form of corruption, bribery, extortion and other related illicit acts. Senior management demonstrates leadership in combating corruption and ensures the effective implementation of this policy.


Compliance with the Anti-Corruption Law
Embrastec fully adheres to the Anti-Corruption Law and undertakes to comply with all its provisions.


Prohibition of Corruption and Bribery
Embrastec expressly prohibits any form of corruption, including bribes, extortion, improper promises or any other corrupt activity. No employee or company representative shall offer, promise, give or receive any unfair advantage to obtain or maintain business or unfair advantages.


Consequences and Responsibilities
Any violation of this anti-corruption policy will be treated seriously and may result in disciplinary action, including
warnings, suspensions, dismissals and, if necessary, reports to the competent authorities.


Final dispositions
This anti-corruption policy is an integral part of Embrastec's values and principles. It must be widely disclosed, in a clear and accessible way, to all employees and business partners. 

Adherence to this policy is mandatory.
